First time grower problems

F9A6EC39-9578-44FD-812D-BDBA556FF6C7.jpeg This my first time growing and I need some help. I’m at about 3.5 weeks after sprout. My plants seem to be stunted but I’m still seeing some growth each day (mostly width). My temps are about 75-77 with 60% humidity. My lights off temps are usually 65 with 60-65% humidity. I’m also seeing some deficiencies. The first looks like a calcium problem but the second I’m not too sure what it is.

Setup:
HLG 600
Oscillating tower fan
Humidifier
Ac cloud intake with carbon filter
5 gallon smart pots
Current Schedule: 18/6
Water/feed every 3 days rotating between nute and straight water with cal mag
Always phd between 5.8-5.9
Using general hydroponics line + cal mag

Let me know if you need any other info

Why are you not feeding constantly if your in coco? I'm sorry I dont use it so I could be wrong but thought you fed constantly as if you are in water?

Give nutrients every time you feed. Don't do just water. Get a ppm meter so you can see what you're feed strength is, looks a little light.

These 2 things are spot on.

Coco should never have plain water.

Always feed in small amounts.

I personally use EC.

I start around 0.8EC after the first week after popping ground.

I peak around 1.6-1.8 during vigorous veg and stretch during 12/12.

Then I back off to around 1.2-1.4 during flowering.

Also checking runoff EC and comparing it what’s going in will help you understand a little more about feeding of the plant.

EC increase in runoff = reduce nutrient strength

EC decrease in runoff = increase nutrient strength.

Try to find the happy medium where it goes In and comes out the same (this happy medium will change with each growth spurt)

Now on to your problems.

Your plant is under fed.

Thanks everyone I do have an ec reader I’m sitting around 1.6 and 440 ppm usually. I will start feeding it every time. I’m having a hard time generating a decent amount of run off as well. I’m not sure if it’s the pots or not. I gave one plant almost 4 quarts of water alone. Pot was very very heavy, but it had no run off just damp at the bottom. Should I give it more?

You should water until you get around 20% runoff.

If you water with 1Gallon mix then you want to see around a fifth of a gallon come back out as runoff.

Without creating runoff I’m now thinking you may have a pH issue causing uptake problems of the nutrients.

Regardless if you ph properly if you’re not getting decent runoff you’re inevitably causing salt build up in the medium.

This salt build up impacts your ph.

Personally right now I would mix up a 1.2 EC 5.8pH solution and water your plants until the runoff comes out the same EC.
