Have a few issues, advice needed

I am a first time grower using a coco-perlite mix under a cheap 500W LED, and I am at 29 days after switching to 12/12. During the first 3 weeks of 12/12, the plants more than doubled in height and didn't seem to be putting out many pistils. They seem to be behind in development. I am wondering how far behind my plants appear to be (they are a 9 week flowering strain, "OG #18 "). I also have a few leaves that have strange holes in them or brown spots with leaf curl. Some other leaves are twisted or have deformed growth, but it has not been spreading for the whole grow and the leaf deformities and holes have been happening sporadically since the seeds were sprouted. I would just like a few more opinions on what is going on to cause this. I would also like to know if my yields will be very low and if the strain will take longer to finish since the flowers are so small at day 29. I have kept the pH of the nutrients between 5.6-6.0 and I water every 24 hours until more than 20% runoff is collected. My ppms have been under 600ppm the entire grow. I have not seen any signs of bugs, even under 40x-80x magnification.

I wouldn't water every day but every other day at the least. I've only done one coco girl but I only watered every second to third day with about the same ppms. Check your run off ppm next time because it appears you have nutrient burn to me but I'm still learning as well.

By the way, those are some beautiful leaves besides the tips!

My runoff ppms have been lower than what I'm putting in, but I still think I had a salt buildup. I flushed it with RO water and the nutrient burn seems to have stopped progressing. Would the slight nutrient burn be the cause of the small buds? I will try watering every other day.

You're at day 29 from flip, in other words, starting week 4 of flower. You're just at the onset of mid-flower...strongest growth coming up for the flowers. They look to have nice potential, don't sweat it, she'll produce in the end! Good job!
