Also I have a big fish tank and have been told that fish tank water is good cause it’s got good nutes in it. is there truth to that?

It is true, and is the foundational idea behind aquaponics.
...assuming there's fish in the tank, anyway.
But if you have a water filter in it, it's taking out all that shit.
I'd do some reading before I got all gung-ho Go Joe on it, though.
Is it possible for the plants leaves to come back from this

Your not going to "fix" the ones that are showing the issue. You'll just correct the problem and keep it from continuing up the plant on other leafs.
Ok should I prun the damaged ones or leave them

Leave them. They may be ugly, but they still do their job.
Ok ya cause there showing happiness but just the color isn’t to cute on a few haha
Update plants will be on the start of the fourth week Friday of flowering and whoa there sexy ill post pics Friday if I have time and magnesium issue is gone
