Back in July I ordered some seeds from The Attitude seedbank. Part of the order was a 5 pack of The Church from Greenhouse Seeds. A few weeks ago it was time to germinate and only 1 out the 5 Church seeds germinated (9 out of 10 of Big Bud germinated fine). I sent The Attitude an email letting them know the situation, I wasnt even asking for compensation, I simply told them what happened and asked if they were aware of any problems with these seeds.

It appears that this is a known problem with some batches of The Church seeds and I'm sure The Attitude has been aware of this for months.
So this morning I get this response from The Attitude:

'We are very sorry to hear you are dissatisfied with your souvenirs, as you
are aware we sell our seeds solely for souvenir purposes and storage
purposes. In regards to compensation,we are unable to process non
germination claims in the UK as we cannot be seen to be selling seeds for
any other purpose than for souvenir purposes or for storage purposes
should the laws change, there have been strict laws implemented in the UK
regarding this.
You can send all the unsatisfactory souvenirs and packaging back to us and
we will forward these to Greenhouse Seeds where they will carry out tests
with a view to a replacement. As mentioned all packaging and souvenir
seeds must be returned.'

Am I wrong thinking this is total BS? I didnt ask for compensation, I merely asked if they were aware of any problems and their response is basically 'these are sold for souvenir purposes only'.
Fuck it, I'll stick to buying clones from the dispensaries from now on.
