Almost ready to start flush?

You’ll find there are extremely hot topics on this or any forum. Flushing is one of those. I get my stuff lab tested and enter my stuff in the cups. I’ve had to plants one that was flushed and one I fed til the end. I took both to a medical cannabis cup and people that smoked either a: could tell no difference or b: chose the non flushed plant most times it was a. They were both dried and cure in the same way and the same strain which I think was c99. But you do you I’m not here to change minds just point in the direction. If that person takes said advice fine if not fine. But most folks I’ve given advice to have thanked me later down the road.

Yeah sorry , i though flushing and leaching were the same thing , my bad , so is leaching actually a thing then or is that still bad to do before harvest?

If your in coco then treat it just like hydro I taper my feed down like I mentioned before. It’s how I run my hydro room.

you came to this thread with all your, "no flush" crap that had nothing to do with OP's question

one guy even admitting flushing to cure a ph problem (one of the great purposes of flushing) yet still harps on what a waste it is...!?!?!?

this whole, "no flush", thing didn't show up until all the, "feed your plants additives on a schedule" thing so they can sell you more additives (can't sell you additives when flushing)

and this word game between flushing/leaching....so much bs this guy

it's a fkn word game because for many years it was called flushing (even though technically it's leaching)

these, "feed until the end", "no flushing guys", are all the same with all the same lies and BS

and their pot all dark when dried and tastes like crap

Listen asshole, this is my first grow EVER, so i don't know anything about flushing ,not flushing or whatever, so, lile i said before, check yourself you fucking mark!!! Fuck Trump, fuck you,and tjat fat bitch that you rode in on!!! Bitch ass muthafucka... I said anyway not yo flush because if you're putting all the nutes in, why wash them out... More of a question than an answer... Punk go find some kifs to play with cause i aint the one! You're bringing out the side of me that im trying to get rid of .. Flushing is the belief that water only for a week or two removes or uses up something that makes plants taste better. See non mobile nutrients? The plant itself can't move them, doesn't matter how much much water you use or how long you don't feed.

Leaching is moving nutrients/salts from your grow medium. It's different for different mediums and there cation exchange capacity. A quality soil has high cec so it won't leach nutrients as easily as rockwool that has no cec.

best way to leach/flush away buildips/deposits from hard water/tap water is flushing/leaching

no one believes anyone is washing away nutrients in the plant itself ...that would just be dumb wouldn't it

flushing is good at clearing soil for close to finish so no more nutrients like nitrogen are taken up at finish because they taste bad

quit spreading BS about flushing all you dumbass, "no flush" idiots!

You should spend more time trying to help somebody and less time preaching from your weak ass pulpit... If you can prove what you are saying then do it.
