Hello my set-up I have is 21 5 gallon pots in a 4’ by 8’ with 2 1200watt lights. My plants are very bushy i been pruning and bending them like crazy, they all seem some what at the same level. The question is or advice I’m looking for is would it be useful still to SCROG? I just put the net up but then I got too thinking “everyone is already bushy is their still a point?” So then that’s why I came one here. I never SCROG growen, I under stand the whole concept of it Just want to know what others thought?? Thanks a head of time!!

Scrog will allow any small side branching to grow like the main central cola.
If your still in veg or the very start of 12/12 the stretch hasn't really started so yes Scrog will work well for you and produce more bud.
Fit the scrog and as the plants central/main branch stretches feed it under the net so when it stretches it will grow sideways instead of straight up. Be careful not to snap it. The side branching will find there way through the netting and stretch for the light source. Do the same with the side branching until you fill the scrog up and every branch seems the same level across the entire canopy. When the buds start to form the should all now get equal amount of light. It's worth trimming/defoaliating EVERYTHING that's under the net as it's all going to die anyway as it will be starved of light.
Good luck

Thank you for the advice. Do you scrog as well?

Ya as I’m looking at my garden I’m starting to see that I may limit some plants because some are bushy then some others. My real draw power is 600 for each light, I think that’s plenty of power. But for the most part I think it would help some I guess. But ya like you said corey i think this is to many, because I have 10 different strains. I’ll try to post a pick so you guys can see, If it’s point less never scrog before.

By all means throw one of those loose scrog nets over them for support purposes, that will stop them falling over as the buds swell later. But yeah 21 plants is a lot in a 8x4 by anyones standards.

3 or 4 in 5gal would take up an 8\4

I'd like to see 21 5gallon pots filled with soil in a 8 by 4 room.

Yuuuup scrog is for growing few plants very wide and maximizing space, you've got almost a sog going. You're pretty much asking if it'd help to make your cramped plants wider than they already are.

Running 10 different strains in a scrog is going to present some problems.
Some of them are gonna grow faster than others so you will need to really pay attention and prune accordingly.

When I ran multi strains I never fully made great use of the entire screen.

You will still do good though

You definitely packed the space.....how are you watering?

Omg with patience and steady hands so I don’t spill any. I worked up a long Trough type thing to help me water. Lol but it isn’t easy. My plan wasn’t to have this many, But when you buy clones from some people they make you buy 6+ at a time. Some strains I have 3 plants of but each strain I have aleast two of.
