My "ph problem" was a lack of nutrients problem. I had mixed the Black Gold soil with a little bit of some old bagged compost, but not much. I was hoping I could just use the compost tea to give it enough nutrition. My hopes weren't worth shit.
It turned out I had a serious nitrogen deficiency and a couple leaves died off the biggest one. They were seriously droopy, yellowing from the bottom of the plant, and had almost stopped growing on Sunday. I added a little urine to the water I used that night. Then yesterday I got some granular organic fertilizer and Alaskan Fish Fertilizer from home depot. I mixed about 1/3 strength of the granular ferts in to the top of the soil and watered it in with a 1/2 strength fish fertilizer and compost tea.
They are perky and growing again as of checking tonight. Here's the proof:


The one I had to cut some dead, withered leaf off of:

And the little guy finally showing some growth:
