BC hasn't released it's report yetKinda hard to say who has the best, the article left out BC, Saskatchewan, NWT, Yukon, and the entire maritimes.
Alberta sounds alright, probably be the only good decisions the NDP has made so far, except no outdoor. I like that they will have private stores (dispensaries?)
no outdoors kills it, for me.Kinda hard to say who has the best, the article left out BC, Saskatchewan, NWT, Yukon, and the entire maritimes.

Alberta is one of the worst places for regular photoperiod outdoor plants to finish. The first frost is so unpredictable.no outdoors kills it, for me.
i understand "safety" concerns but a fence should suffice.
it just boggles my mind that you can't grow a plant.. outdoors LOL
To get your vote for the next electionI think Alberta has got it right for the most part.
But i think there is some shortsightedness in not allowing Canabis lounges immediately. One of the biggest "problems" Colorado had was having no where to smoke...so the city streetcorners wafted in cannasmoke.
The NDP plans to allow the lounges eventually... so... why not immediately??
yeah that's a good point, makes it kinda moot.Alberta is one of the worst places for regular photoperiod outdoor plants to finish. The first frost is so unpredictable.
please don't encourage this.. the willy nilly planting of whatever screws up everybodys outdoor. that's a big fear when it goes legal; novice neighborsLet a plant go to seed and litter the town with them. They'll be too busy cutting down plants from city hall and the lawn of the cop shop to go snooping in your yard.
