Ηoly Grail Kush & Moby Dick & Blue Dream x2

Here goes my winter grow.
Started off as an organic grow in diy soil I amended from previous crop but I went a lil too far with the ewc and the texture was kind of heavy and stagnant, not well aerated and held water like a sponge. As a result the growth was a bit too slow.. So I transplanted from 25lt pots into 15lt autopots with 50/50 coco/perlite.



at that point 35days from seed I transplanted them all back to 15lt autopots and went all chem with dynagro in a 40lt tank. Added a couple of 50watts cobs to the 130 real watts led panel.
3 and 5 days later

Back left: Blue dream, back right HGK, front left: moby dick, front right: Blue dream
Now, I will wait 3-4 days to fill up, throw a screen on them and switch to 12/12.

I'd flip since they are going to stretch and fill anyways.

Yes I would flip also. Is that the HSO Blue Dream? I've grown it and the Holy Grail for a couple of years. They are both great plants. My yield was a little low with the Holy Grail first round, but I learned to master her and do pretty well. Yours look good.

thanks for bothering medic and cindy. I will take some clones off of them and flip tomorrow then.
The blue dream is HSO. It stretches like mad from what I've seen. I fimmed the holy grail like a week ago and it bushes out with no noticeable height gains.
I guess i flip and see what happens.

The Holy Grail will stretch, but not nearly as much as the Blue Dream. The Blue Dream is a great producer!

trying to kinda scrog them after 3 days into 12/12.
lights: hps sylvania 400w, customised china panel 150 watt and two cobs of 50watts each, from plug total 650.
i'm planning to put a second trelis higher next week with smaller squares.

They're nice and healthy! I have one Holy Grail from seed going right now. It was kind of a mutant, but seems to be coming out of it. I'm hoping it's big enough to take some clones by next week so I can throw it into flower. I'm missing my Holy Grail! I have some of the Blue Dreams going also. They will veg for a couple more weeks. I like to put them in at about 16 inches from the pot. You're a couple weeks ahead of me, so it will be fun to watch your progress!

Hi cindy, thanks for the reply..
my best mate is doing a grow with blue dream and HGK also in a 75cm×75cm×180cm. topped once and then he flipped at 30cm from the pot and less than 15 days into 12/12 his bd reached 140cm while the HGK never caught up. both are monsters and keep stretching everyday. so yeah with those strains we're in for quite a treat.
My thoughts now is on what kind of nutes should I use to fill the res for this week. I was thinking 3/4 bloom and 1/4 grow, I think i read somewhere that bloom nutes help with tighter nodes and less meaningless stretch for the first week of 12/12. After that I'll go back to grow dominant ratios up to 5th week of flower. they tend to drink 30lt of water in 4 to 5 days.
I use dynagro foliage pro and bloom.

I can't help you on that one since I don't do hydro, but I can tell you to go easy on the bloom nutes. Hopefully someone will chime in with more detailed info.

it is day 5 on 12/12 and it fills up quite nice.
trying to keep them under the net for the first week and I will let them stretch upwards in a couple of days.

I bought a single holy grail kush fem seed which was on the top 10 charts on attitude...It grew into a monster plant and I babied it.. This was couple years ago

I got burned the buds was utter crap and I hashed the plant...

But thats just me...I get burned a lot..I really do

I've grown out 4 from seed, and I've grown countless clones. It has always been one of the best for me. Maybe you just got a bad seed.

Looking good! My HGK have stretched like crazy compared to the other plants in my tent.

my situation is quite the opposite medicman.. 12 days after flip they started showing pistils here and there, I believe the big stretch is coming for the next two weeks. HGK is still a little behind from the others but with a more bushy and compact structure.

so this is two weeks after flip. Second trelis has been installed.
I hope for another week of vigorous stretching, at least they reach the second net.
no crowns forming yet, so I think they'll have some good stretch in them yet to come..
