There is nothing they can do to stop MMAR ..
The next step is to set up.... using MMAR! (: to supply as many as you can.
A glorified DG

Sounds like a PLAN...

I've seen 3 of these setups recently and they're very profitable, very risky.
2-4 patients per cluster, prescriptions ranging from 30g a day to 2000g a day (no, not a typo).
The surplus is going everywhere you would expect it to go and then some.

They're also using the caretaker model to make extracts as legally as possible.
Once legalization is announced, most of these guys intend to open storefronts day 1 and just see what happens.

hmmm...light bulb...click....
If you're going down this road, focus on keeping your head down and doing hand to hand business.
The government wants to ensure that no one is abusing the postal service, because that's their bread and butter delivery system. Local efforts, hand to hand delivery and no storefront is the most viable model until they announce the restrictions on who can and cannot open a craft grow storefront.

i'm in such a small area,a little advertising and I could see an MMAR licence being of value.
for a small storefront or mail order operation. A real mom and pop...shop
As far as keeping head down...it would have to be done correctly with the appropriate taxes remitted as be as transparent as possible, and have very open and balanced books.
Plus you would have to grow all your own products for sale,as flowers and anything that is a food stuff is governed by a different set of safety rules.
So no product purchased from outside sources.

I have to keep in mind it was health Canada that sold me out...around here...with the big envelope window fiasco...otherwise I had been under the radar before that.
And feeling pretty good about ,the ability to take care of some of my health care needs, on my own...and for pennies per gram...
Now with beefed up security and improved video...I can at least rest a little easier...but still must be persistent ..about growing here...
Anyhow its just a fleeting thought...about switching ,what I do to earn a living wage...

I'm seeing great growers (2lbs / light) make 6 figures to tell people how to setup their facility.
That's the "best of the best" that have been doing this forever, but then again companies like Tweed will pay you 6 figures if you know how to grow sunflowers.

Large factories will never grow craft weed...no matter what advise they get. It's not the advise it's the implementation that will always fail. They can always get a crop...but of what quality?
