Roleandro is not effective. It uses cheap Chinese COBs with bad PPFD output and I believe it's red?

I have a 300w normal led roleadro right now. I'm wanting to get a second light, I was considering the roleadro 400w cob, cause cobs seem like they're the place to be. The lights only $100, but I haven't bought it yet.
I'm not doing another edit. I found the roleadro 400w cob (just search amazon for that, I can't link) by searching for cobs, prime-able, cheap, and good reviews. Full spectrum anf 4.2/5 stars with 71 reviews, seemed like it had the most good ratings and was surprisingly cheap
Looks like digi-key is sold out idk how much I trust these other sites I'm finding... don't understand what is included either, do these strips just need a power source And something you can mount them on, aluminum angle? What kind of connector do they have?
It's a normal led, not a cob. It's got small diodes, model HY-G08-60x5W-W . 60x5w diodes
They're not COBs though, do they generate much heat? What kind of cooling do they need? Are they as efficient as cobs and have as good of a spectrum?
The 2 emitter lamp is now a 3 emitter lamp (T2-V362)... cheaper than the 2 emitter lamp was. The T1-V196 would flower half that space but it is a bit on the light side... probably similar output to the 400 (200w) Roleadro. If you're wanting to put something nice in there for under $200 DIY is the only option.

Trust me dude, these can compete. I run both COBs and strips and in many ways I prefer the strips. Simply build a frame out of aluminium angle and that will act as your heatsink. You can't beat it for value. Honestly I have done a fair bit of reading (nerd here) and this is the best bang for the buck right now. Verical currently has them for $6.50 each
