Actually, no it didn't. He leaked his personal documents on his thoughts that he was going to speak about at the hearings. He knew full well it would become public information anyway.

In fact, his entire testimony was posted on Facebook by Senator Warren on Wednesday before he ever gave it.

People are misusing the word leak the same way they are hack these days.

So, your default assumption is that some people have the right to use offensive force, and that the person being subjected to it, has no right to do anything about it if a large group of people are insisting that it is okay ?
