iv tried bowls of water cold and hot . with hot managed to get it to 45a good idea
try a dish of water even hang out a damp towel
but a fogger sounds ideal
so long as you hang your temp/Rh gauge up too
good luck
They work well with distilled water but stop working with regular water pretty quick in my experience. My steam one works well but need to clean it lots.I'm having trouble getting humidity to 50+and tried most things now I'm looking at getting a fogger
I plan on using only boiled water left to cool ?They work well with distilled water but stop working with regular water pretty quick in my experience. My steam one works well but need to clean it lots.
I was under the impression that a fogger was just another name for humidifier. Most people vent their grow rooms and that means leaving it on a long time. Some people tarp to keep light out and it condenses on those. Plenty of things come into play with them.I got a fogger from the house of hydro the thing is fantastic. I bought the 12 head unit. Better too big then too small I thought. My room goes from 45% after the ac kicks off to 70 % in minutes. If I wanted 100% I could get there. IMHO humidifiers are old teck now , and can be an incubator for molds. IF you get a fogger you will be very happy, just don't get a cheaply made one
Yes it is ultra sonic. Look it up you will see. With the fog you have more options on how to handle it. I use the fan in the box method but I run the fog though some 4" abs the the roof of the room then across the roof using drainage abs. The stuff with the holes drilled in every 10". Spreads the fogg out across the room makes it consistent right away.I was under the impression that a fogger was just another name for humidifier. I did find a normal humidifier spit alot of water on the walls and roof that encouraged molds. Not a problem with the fogger and this setup
Does the water not condense in the pipe?Yes it is ultra sonic. Look it up you will see. With the fog you have more options on how to handle it.
