Is 4" fan and filter enough for 39"x39"x6'?

I am thinking of getting a 39"x39"x6' grow tent and I am wondering if a 4"(170CFM) ventilation system would be enough. I am also thinking of using 350 power drawn LED COB.

Here is what I planned for my setup.

54cf and your fan is 170cfm...knocked down to just say 100cfm for restrictions.....should be fine, twice per minute roughly.

ventilation is fine. your light is suspect. it says cob light, but the color is wrong and in the description it says epistar chips. so this is not a cob light and most likely will give similar results to blurple lights.

What kind of chips does cob led use?

it uses Chip On Board. =COB. http://timbergrowlights.com/200-watt-citizen-clu048-4-cob-grow-light-kit/ this light will probably give you the same amount of yield as your 350w one with just over half the power and heat. a little more to start with, but less electricity and much less likely to fail as the epistars are known to do

Thank you for the help but I think that I will abstain from your recommendation as I am from Canada and use canadian dollar. The unit I chose is 260 canadian dollar and yours is 405 canadian dollar. The price difference is very big and the shipping is free on the website I mentioned.
Also, I am planning to use it for 2 years and then reselling it, the timber DYI light would be hard to resell because of its DYI look.
Lastly the power consumption of the light you posted is much better but that doesn't matter much because electricity is 0.05$ per KWH so it's not much.

Price and power consumption shouldn't matter, if its not outputting the correct spectrum or intensity, it's throwing money away. Also, who's going to buy a used, low quality LED in 2 years? The prices have halved already in the last 2 years, in another 2 they'll be priced comparable to fluro. Spend the $ once, spend it right.

My roommate has spent almost $1000 on lights for his fishtank, doing what you're doing, buy the "cheap" led lights, realized they don't output correctly, buy other "better", yet still cheap LED panels, still don't work. He just dropped $600 on 2 more led panels. He almost lost $1000 in coral because of being cheap. I tried giving him the same advice, but people are usually penny wise and pound foolish.

Also if I had the choice between the cob led in my original post and a Mars 2 LED light or simply classic Mars led light, which one would you recommend?

That's an issue sometimes, getting accurate info on lights. Is that light 768W consumed, or output equalivent? I'm just researching LEDs, haven't used any yet, but it seems common for the cheaper manufactures to overrate thier equipment, or at least use misleading specs. . Find independent reviews if you can. Caveat Emptor!
