Ok guys, I didn't want this to get lost in the GG thread so starting a new one here. I decided last night to drop my pack of Purple Vodoo from @bigworm6969 into water. I anticipate dropping them into soil as soon as a tap root cracks the shell. I will be growing in no till soil, vegging under 5K Cree CXB 3590's and flowering under either 3K 3590's or a 1K HPS depends what has space available when the time comes. I will update the thread as I can but for now they're in water waiting to crack. I counted 13 beans dropped into water, let's see what happens.

All beans dropped into dirt today these suckers sprouted some radical tap roots QUICK. 1 of 13 hadn't cracked yet but I put it in dirt anyhow. Now the wait begins. There's (2) Sin city Tangie Power beans in there in cups too. The first one I tried was a dud right into soil and these two barely cracked in twice the time as the big worm beans, not happy with them but whatever, as much as they cost..........

Anyhow here's a pic, hoping for some Purple Fire!

Almost all the PV have popped the dirt by now, I am very happy with these beans so far. Can't say the same about the Sin city beans, never again will I pay that much for beans from them, maybe I just got a bad pack but $110 and o-4 so far on the beans popping is not cool............

Starting to see why so many folks prefer going the clone route........

Hoping for some beautiful no till organic colors out of these beauties and some fire buds of course. I am planning to keep one of any males I get. I want to start chucking some pollen soon for my own smoke.......then I won't need to worry about overpriced duds anymore lol....... :bigjoint:

The only stuff I have not regretted shelling out the big time $$ for so far is the bodhi gear I got.

But my best grown plants so far have come from free beans and seeds from the smaller guys at $50 a pack or so. I have always wanted to try agent orange and the Tangie Power is it x with blue power so I was hoping to get something but these seeds just don't want to grow lol........it's obviously not my method or my dirt as everything else is thriving ........

Just gets frustrating. I have 7 auto seeds recently dud out on me too...........it's expensive when shit don't pop

I will soon just start to mess with throwing pollen, and I do not think I am a breeder nor pretend to be one, but if you see some of the freebies that man sent me my god. It was stuff I was actually going to buy lol. I am waiting until I have more growing under my belt before messinf with more of the rare beans that I have on hand. Just to avoid any mishaps with those genetics as a new grower. Lord knows I've had my share this year so far lol.......

I feel ya I'm same way not a breeder by any means but trying to become one. Learning as I go now and have sent out over 80 free beans this week lol but it's all about the medicine to me and about giving people something they've never seen before

Without this plant in my life I'm just a vegetating body drugged up in bed all day. So it's meds for me as well. And I now have a couple of family members who need help as well, so it's for us. That's why I was intrigued in your thread with the concentrates because my mom ain't gonna smoke but she will vape it.......

Pretty much all the beans I paid for I had an intention of crossing with something else I bought from the get go. Just haven't gotten there yet, still need to learn how to grow first lol.....:bigjoint:

Little update guys, yesterday I transplanted the seedlings to 1 gal plastic bags. They got a healthy dose of Mykos in the hole and on the roots. The timing was perfect as roots were at the bottom of the cups but not bound around. Here's a couple of shitty pics, the big worm PV seedlings are the ones in the plastic bags aside from the one basil plant in one of the pics.

Ok guys small update for the weekend. I moved some stuff from veg to flower and got the Purple Voodoo Seedlings over to my veg tent now. I have not started any plant training on them as of yet but that will change. There was one seedling that I culled, it was just not up to par and space is premium for me at the moment so only the strong move on. When your room is full of plants it's not hard to weed some seedlings out lol. But I do have to say from the seedlings left they all look like they will rock. Very happy so far with these genetics. All but 2 of the 1 gallon grow bags is the BW Purple Voodoo. We will see how this shapes up now. Pic of their new home in the veg tent:
