Need to move.

I have the $ to move to a medical state. It has taken me years to accumulate the funds, so I need to get this right the first time. I've done extensive research, but I would still like anybody's opinion on where to move. we now have more states than ever with legal, and recreational. I prefer a full legal scenario, so if you have any suggestions on a full legal state, a little statement of where, and why would be appreciated.

Alaska is good but the economy here is suffering. A good place to come and die if you watch to many Alaska reality shows and decide to become a survivalist.
I like Washington State but you have to be medical to grow yer own.
Oregon is your best bet, but they are kinda funny about outsiders, especially to Californians, which your not.

I live near Seattle, WA and the weather here sucks 9 months out of the year, but legal everywhere. Cost of living: $$$ in Seattle proper, $$ suburbs, and $ in outlying areas. Eastern part of the state is more reasonable for living, but no industry unless you're a farmer. Eastside of state has 4 seasons. If you're a techie Seattle is it for you. Also boom in housing market right now (but I already see that slowing) so construction may be an option.

May be a moot point as current administration has a hard on to make weed illegal again.

My daughter is in grad school at the U and she/soon to be hubby just bought a house in Seattle. She likes that dreary place, he's happy making $ at a tech Co.
