Lights for grow

getting two 10x10 tents for vegging and flower and I am planning on getting 6 600 watt lights. Do I get 6 lights for each room or what? I'm a little confused and could use the help. Could someone post some links as to what lights I should get?

To me, It would depend on if I was going to run any pure or very close to pure sativa's at any point.

If so, I would go 4 1K's per......Then again. Right now... I would invest in COB LED's and save big on electricity by the lighting and the reduction in cooling needs!

Look at COB LED kits.......several members here are very well versed in COB LED's and can line you out on what you'll need, and where to get it!

your going to get 50 different opinions on this but heres mine. Id go leds in veg room and 4- 1000s w hps for flower.

I've just ordered the cobx4 from budmaster n will be doing a thread from snip to chop just 200w in a 3x3 so let's see n if all goes well cobx9 to replace my 600w flowering that draws I think 750w in my 4x4

I understand budget limitations. Starting with veg is a good idea if energy savings is your top priority, but mine is quality and yield. So keep the veg as it is for now, and buy enough COB LED to replace one of your DE setups. Nothing else would convince you, anyway. Once you've worked with COB LED you'll understand.

great advice from doctor who . I am currently selling all my 600 hps and 1000 . have all solis tek and hortilux and the hoods your in Michigan ? im 30 min from Detroit I can cut you a great deal pm me , 1 year old equipment . saying this as a sales men , asa member of roolitup your just starting to invest I would go 100 % led heat Is a killer with hps and 6 need a good ac unit
