I use agromax bulbs and they are good bulbs. I use a 4ft 8 bulb start to finish.The PowerVeg colors are pretty new. Not sure if you will even find any grows posted using them.
But, hotrilux is a legit company and I doubt they are full of shit on the performance of the lamps if your budget can bare the cost

Agromax makes different horticulture bulbs at a fraction of the hortilux prices. I paid between $7 and $9 a bulb.
They can be bought at htg supply and ebay store.
I run 2-veg, 2-bllom, 2-pure par, 1-10,000K+uva. the last one is a different brand in 4200k.

I have to. The bulbs are double stacked. It fits 8 bulbs in the same space as most 4 bulb units. It will fry some plants closer than 8-10 inches.

I have a six and eight bulb. Both have been running non stop for 2 years. They also let you get any mix of 3000k and 6500k bulbs. I did a 50/50 mix until I upgraded bulbs.
They also make a 12 and 16 bulb model.

I don't know. I don't sell and never weigh it. Like 10 quart jars of hard buds. Not packed real tight but completely full with a little pressure.
A few more of small fluffy buds.
It was enough to keep me in smoke and donate a little to someone that needed it and to make some oil and tinctures.

I mix my bulbs and add uv because, to me, the smoke is better.
RM3 has tested all kinds of t5 bulbs. If you are after yield the GE 4200K bulbs cant be beat.

I just caught that. I think in that particular pic the light may have been raised a few inches for the pic. The 8-10 inch I told you is correct. It varies by strain. Some can handle a little closer.

That wasn't a good run. It turned out ok but I'm sure I can pull more than that. I added a 2x2 cab. I'm going to run 3 plants in the big cab and one or two in the little one. Flower in the big one. Train them into a scrog in the little one. Like a mini perpetual.
