That would be an effective argument if not for multiple cases where a shooter has been taken down during a mag change. It matters a lot in a tactical situation.

It happens on tv a lot too. I seen it.

Let me ask ya... do you think eliminating a 30 round mag is really violating amendent 2?

If you ban 30 round magazines then they'll release 29 round ones.

The amount of bullets in the gun don't matter as much as keeping guns away from the fuck-tarded in society...you know those people you wonder how they even manage to get dressed in the morning?

No I don't think it violates the 2nd amendment but it does take away the equal ground between the gov and the people.

And I'm sure I'll catch Hell for that but how can you protect your self from a tyranical gov without equal ground.

Not that it would matter they have things the average person will never be able to get

How about getting involved and supporting politicians and policies that outlaw corruption in government?

Militias were never on equal ground. That is an unrealistic expectation that assures high powered weapons in the hands of radicals.

I have a 25 round mag. I think thats a fair number to fight a home invasion. If they arent dead after 25 shots whats the point in reloading?

That sounds like infringement.

Not only that, but you can make magazines if properly motivated. Making a gun is not that tough either. But all of this changes the chances of it happening in a reasonable way.

What do the numbers say? You guys love good guys with guns. How many times have they shot? Don't count the ones shot while pursuing the thief while seeking your manhood back. My guess is that the average is about three. Maybe less.

Guns are not for everyone, I agree. But to take them away fully is crazy. Plenty of wack jobs on meds shooting people up. We need guns to shoot the wack jobs when they start shooting.
