The genetic bottlenecking, re-naming cuts going back into 90's off baba, nevil F1's that became the fuel for clone only naming explosion of early 2000's that launched many chucking greats. Nice growers with a good camera into sales whoredome overdrive into new breeding careers, lol.
Then you combine this with how laws are changing and home growers being forced out of game by law changes and deep, deep pockets entering scene.
Greed has done a number on this industry. And now you have thousands who exited the former black market safety zone of years gone by and now you gave the local, state, federal government all your personal information regarding social security numbers, names, addresses and a flashing green light that you grow. Well if you combine this with edward snowden revelations and you are now in the " system ". A generation of " kids " today on social media also filling digital scrap book with cross border seed sales, all kinds of illegal federal violations. You think all these broke local governments, state governments IRS are not looking at ways of finding cash that is very much in demand. Wait until all these guys start being hit up in future regarding taxes and other activities that can be used against that person.
Gu went from forum tester with a nice camera and became a " breeder " lol ..... all because he could grow and take pics. Started selling on instagram cross border and then tells people how many packs he sold. All this yummy tax evasion info on blast, all from same IP address / Phone I bet ... 10,000 packs sold / pimped in one year ( golf clap ) & telling everyone about it. Everyone is following in his footsteps ..... Did anyone ever sit back and think how stupid all of this has become ? Does anyone recall " Green Merchant " ...... ?

Now you tell me, if they are smart enough for this green merchant op 26 years ago what do you think they are doing today regarding building your digital profile ??? Do people understand they can gather everything you have ever done via computer and build a profile very, very quickly. Do you not think they have agents viewing instagram and can sit back and see guys day after day avoiding taxes, selling seeds across state lines and making hundreds of thousands of dollars.
Greed cloaked as " love of the game " has destroyed this game for many years. Now karma is running wild as hundreds of " chuckers " have become breeders, genetics have been watered down beyond belief, very rarely does someone release a true F1 or stable product. Combine this with states changing laws and screwing over thousands who moved into green states looking for cash but now those laws are changing quarterly screwing everyone.

And mark my words, wait until all this social media sales hoo haa turns into a nightmare for some as the tax man comes a calling some day or feds crack down on stateside banks and unabashed explosion of cross border sales across instagram. That brings federal agents with local when they do come a calling ..... with your IP / Phone info, location and whatever other info these same peeps gave the government about yourself. Ya, lets move to colorado legally, sell our product back home or ya I'm gonna move and make tall cash growing and selling in colorado. The surveillance abilities that now read car plates, save digital content, etc .... really expose this mindset as being very stupid. Blows my mind how crazy everything has become ..... laws changing weekly now taking industry from home growers. But you could see all of this coming from a mile away ....
