Not every postal worker checks the mail to see what's what.....You know how much mail goes thru their hands daily ? It's just mail to them and they could care less other than moving it on to the next destination. Sure the mail sorter may see it at your end. It's more likely that the your incoming mail see's more scrutiny from nosy sorter than your out going ever does. Most out going isn't looked at until it get's to the sorting plant. Then it's mostly machine deployed.I speaking of the actual pink slips, i believe she knew the whole time...must recognize the return address on the express post envolope.
In case you guys are talking about pinks, not express? the privacy complaint said all licenses before the privacy breach came express post.
Fact or hear say ???Then how come money sent through the mail rarely gets to its destination if nobody's scrutinizing the mail?
hear say...I have received cash in the mail many times....I ask those people not to send cash again but it still went through.Fact or hear say ???
LOL watch "how it's made" of course at more smaller centers it's sorted by handSo the machine is stealing people's money? I don't think so...

I got a confirmation email from them when I registered when it first happened. I don't think it's gonna matter, everyone who got the letter should be automatically included. If you want to be sure, send them a registered letter asking to be included in the class action.Bump.... anyone heard anything on this I have tried registering three times in the past two years thinking I'll get a confirmation email and never receiving one
Yep, encouraging people to register is so they can use your letter and situation in the course of the trial, when it's resolved everyone who received the mailer will be entitled to damages.I got a confirmation email from them when I registered when it first happened. http://www.branchmacmaster.com/medical-marihuana/Can you guys update me - did the conservatives not appeal that certification and if so, does anyone know if the feds lost that appeal? I also think that the $1000 that was mentioned has been updated by Jason Wilcox to be somewhere between $10,000-$20,000 but please correct me if I am wrong.

Do you know the conservatives or the liberals launched the appeal?http://www.branchmacmaster.com/medical-marihuana/
UPDATE: FEBRUARY 25, 2016
"As noted below, the Government of Canada appealed the certification of this class action. We have now received a hearing date and the appeal hearing has been set for April 5, 2016 in the Federal Court of Appeal in Ottawa. Following the hearing, the Court will likely reserve judgment meaning we will not get a decision immediately. It could take anywhere from a few months to over a year to receive this judgment."
So the appeal starts April 5 and then it could be a year or more until we hear if the class action can proceed. We're looking at 2018 at least before we get this settled. Maybe they're hoping a bunch of us die off before they have to pay out?
