About a week before harvest, please tell me what this is.

image.png image.jpeg I'm getting my plants ready for harvest and while I was inspecting my buds I noticed a couple of yellow spots on one of them. I immediately panicked thinking it was mold so I clipped the bud and quarantined the plant. Can anyone verify this is mold or bud rot before I do something drastic?

Directly in the middle there is a small hole and the buds are yellow right below it. I have two spots like this on two different buds on the same plant.

Can you turn off the HPS and show us more detail.... If it is going brown, grey, black and/or furry or any thing you are not used to seeing, it will be bud rot....!!!! 1 week to go...... Bring it in now before it goes further.....??

Sorry this is the only pic I took before I cut out the yellow area. It's not turning brown it's just yellow but on the bright green buds it's noticeable. Could it possibly be a deficiency? The leaves are all in great shape and don't show any signs of deficiency. I'll see if I can find a pic online of what it looks like.

It's very similar to this. I read it could be light burn but my other plants are equal height and don't show any yellowing. Maybe I'm just paranoid?

If you're concerned about mold you can also take precautions to lower the humidity in your room. Run a Dehumidifier, keep air moving with fans, put a cover on your reservoirs to slow evaporation. Any damage like what you circled in your picture could turn to mold. If you have a few weeks left you can inspect and cut out those spots and keep a very close eye on things.

Looks like its from your light, the leaves in your pics are showing heat stress also. When you see your leaves tacoing or rolling in they're trying to protect themselves from heat.
