If more guns prevents crime, why does the nation with the highest number of guns have the highest number of gun deaths?
Russia has tight gun laws but a much higher murder rate.

There are fewer than 13 million firearms in circulation in Russia, compared with an estimated 300 million in the United States. That works out to about 9 guns per 100 people in Russia and closed to 100 guns per 100 people in America.

The most recent homicide statistics for Russia show that there were 21,603 killings in 2009.

According to the FBI, the United States had 13,636 homicides in 2009 with a population that is more than twice as large. More than 80 percent of those killings were gun-related.

Good for them

Still takes a SSN to be able to register to vote
We all know what AB 1461 is about. It's to create loop holes and allow undocumented democrats to vote.
Look into it, and then try to give me an unfiltered opinion of what you think.

I'm considering a handgun for protection. But I think Obamas wish for better background checks is a good idea. That doesn't keep lawful people from getting guns.

The 13 million firearms in Russia seems pretty low to me, do you have an outside source to verify that number?

And what is the total number of gun deaths, including suicides?

And I think selling at gun shows with no checks is crazy. So easy for a crackpot to get a gun that way. There are gun shows everywhere around where I live.

Nvm. Stupid news fucks don't know how to read.

The numbers are here. Search Russia and look under gun homicides and see that only 25% of the homicides are committed by gun.

They do commit a lot more homicides tho and with half the population of the US. Angry Russians apparently.

Why would Jerry Brown need to pass a strange bill like that? Especially after issuing over a half million drivers licenses to illegals in their state of California. Does that sound a bit suspicious to you? Not even a little bit?
