Bag seed grow

Anyone have experience with it? Basically I Can't afford clones N a few months back my buddy got an eigth from a dispensary of some stuff called strawberry Girl Scout cookie, he smoked some with me and I liked it so much, I grabbed a 1/4 for myself and also my roommate got an eighth.
So basically out of a half zip I got 10 seeds. Tried to germinate all 10 and only 9 germinated along with 2 other random bag seeds. Anything I've kept seeds from was weed I really liked. I know it sounds weird good weed, with seeds? But the stuff I'm talking about looks at least as good as thisanyways sorry for rambling on, I'm baked.

Just wondering what the deal is with bag seeds ? Will it be the same as the flower it came from? Will it be hermi? Will it be good weed with a few seeds?
Or is it all just kinda luck? And if so are my odds very low...

I've had good luck with bagseed. Couple years ago a buddy grew a plant and I cured it for him and found 7 seeds. Germinated a few this year and grew a few beauties that I called Papa Stan. It's a sativa dominant and sure packs a punch. Next year I'm gonna pollinate it with a purple sativa, and a Papa Stan and get a bunch more Papa Stan seeds.

The seedlings will show sex around 6-8 weeks...

Can I flip 12/12 before the ?

My bag seeds just started showing sex without flipping to 12/12 at day 40. They are much smaller than I think they should be. Maybe bad genitics, first dwc grow and using bag seed for the learning curve.

I would suspect those are not top shelf LED'S if you wanna use LED'S you gotta spend big for good ones

Are you keeping that male to breed? Seems a little lack luster for a productive pappa?

Chopped the male. Put it to the side and the cats started eating it. Don't really expect this grow to produce a large crop. First grow in dwc. So I am learning
