The only differences between Rec and Med should be taxes, prices, strength and legal ages.

I just think med should or will have stronger than rec.
Med should be on a different level altogether and I'm sure with legalization and some crafty science it won't be long until it is.

The point is there should be better grade for med than rec.
If rec or med users aren't happy with their product they should be able to grow.
There will be restrictions on potency because lightweights and new users will end up in hospital thinking they're dying or something if they have something the rest of us would consider even a mid.
