A fresh res tonight then....

I got a stupid question for you....how can i flush this plant in a recirculating system when other plants still need their nutes?
Flushing is often overrated. Not saying don't do it but if they are all drinking the same soup in your case I would just chop, dry slowly and well and then jar cure it.

Honestly, when I quit flushing my plants they tasted better. I just dial my nutes back starting a week before chop, bringing the nutrient strength down to about EC 1.3.

Dry slow and well....

The first one was dried in a dark room around 68 deg and 60% humidity for 5 days then the stems snapped and the outside of the buds felt crispy so i went to the curing jar, humidity in the jar closed was at around 65% at every burp and air out, its a week later and at burp / air out its right around 60% in the sealed jar.

Sound about right?

Sounds good except for the 5 day dry, that sounds fast unless you had some really small buds. 7-10 days is ideal, too fast and you get a harsh smoke lacking in flavor and no amount of cure can help. I've had some really dense buds go 10+ days hanging but factors such as climate make a difference. My drying room stays between 76-79 with 55-60% RH so I would think with your lower 68 degree temps you would need to hang them longer than I would. Another factor that could dry things out too fast is too much air movement from a fan or direct air from the fan, I hang my plants in a small inclosed space about 5' above a fan I have circulating air on the ground.

I'm going to have to reserve judgement until it passes the taste test. Send some of that over and I'll handle that little chore for you and let you know if it's up to scratch!

Im not holding my breath on this plant for being stellar, it was a bag seed....the nex go round is what im waiting for...got some left over cuttings from a friend of gg4, wr, pe and another i cant remember the name of....but for $20 for about 50-60 mixed cuttings of those strains, im not gonna bitch about not knowing exactly which each exactly is....i know he was doing mostly gg4.

Mediocre strains grown well still give good results, so don't give up on her just yet.

They were small....biggest bud on that plant was maybe 1x1 (1 inch around by 1 inch tall, cone shape of course.) And there was a fan but only circulating air at the floor on low to keep all air moving in the 3x6x7 closet...., just super small buds from that plant, im pretty sure it was indica dom and i flipped it WAY early..

Im thinking this plant may take 10-14 days with the fan tilted up to move the upper air a bit more.
