i dunno man if someone shoved a gun in my face and robbed the store i work at

i would assume they are not your low level pot smokers friendly dudes who just keep to themselves.

I like it bc I see your point but keep in mind that people make mistakes and they can change, heavy drugs can seriously fuck with a person's psyche.

They're Definitely pieces of shits, they are also probably gangsters. All your doing by ratting/locking up two is letting the gang know if they let you live you will rat. The next time it happens they may not let the clerk live because he can't keep his mouth shut. Life is a game of chess not checkers. Imo

but i wont advocate for people doing really bad shit, like ....robbing and kicking the shit out of a little old lady leaving her on the street to bleed to death
thats not okay with me. and i wont let that sit by and just happen and pretend i didnt see anything cause i dont wanna "rat"

Well then maybe you have a very good conscience. I still love and respect my buddy Kent and wish him the best, he seriously saved my neck one night I can't abandon a friend like that. Just curious you don't have to answer this but what were you addicted to?

i did opiates, but started with things that were on the other spectrum

i never said to abandon anyone, but definitely dont enable them either. dont know the story with you and kent, but dont fall into the trap of enabling, if you really love him youll push him to get help

He's doing good he robbed a store with a 32 he was a dilaudid addict, he's taking programs in prison and is hoping to make parole. We're gonna be hear for him with all the support we an give.

the guys that are calling him a snitch are fucking crazy

a snitch is a 3rd party that rats out someone else to save their own ass .....ie they bust u and then u turn around and give them 5/10 other ppl to lock up instead of u (that is a snitch and a rat)

what that guy did was completely acceptable in the fact he was robbed ........he has to report it to police for insurance reason that is number one cover your losses it has to be done if u are working in a legal biz

u can not apply street rules to legal run shops
street rules u did mess up as i read before u sawl the ppl they came in several times before .......street rules would allowed them to rob u then u track them down by any means needed and decide how to deal with their life only 2 choices are crippling or death then after this u need to lay low for 8 to 16 months .....so does not work for legal biz

as for the victim weight in on bail they have that right in a few states .....but it takes paperwork/interview with DA/judge that is on the case (it is like a victim impact statement at sentencing )

The fucker robbed me. Wasn't his first store, this was his 2nd one in 2 nights. Same mo, money and cigs. Snitch?? Na.. Keep my job? Yes. As far as the trial. I'm the last victim. Probably won't need me. I ain't getting into all that. I got enough in my own life going on. This pos' are going away for a while. Armed robbery around here, you get 7yrs.

The was quite a few on fb getting mad cause people were talking bad about these people. Turned out it was his family. They are trying to get in good with me. They had me believing this was his first offense and that he's not a bad kid. Then he admits it was him from the other incidents. I have no intentions of helping either side. I got robbed. It's over. I moved on the min he was gone. I worked the next night. But like I said before, your opinion is your entitlement. But in my book, I'm not a snitch, I didn't get busted, and turn someone in to avoid myself getting in trouble. I didn't ask to get robbed, but it is what it is. Regardless of whether they like it or not, I have taken the initiative to protect myself in ways they frown upon. You live and learn.

I can relate and sympathize, my son passed away at 9 months from SIDS in 2003. I got heavy into OC's could get 80' s for 25$ had a prescription for xanax after finding my son beside me, long story and wouldn't put that on here any way. But for about 7 years after ending up on methadone for 6 years. I decided to quit cold turkey. I went through withdrawal for 6 mnths was clean for a few months except for mj. And I started drinking. For about 3 and a half yrs I was a full on alcoholic. The amount was a Lot. Lost numerous jobs and one night went on so drunk I got 3rd degree burns and got fired. Next the day I went to the family thanksgiving dinner. Didn't tell many. But checked myself into a detox. Was only there 3 days. No one believed i was ready. Nov 27th will be a year. One day at a time.

But anyway. Glad you kicked your demon/demons off your back. And I think I already told you but congrats on the bun. That's how I know you're clean. Seem very smart, rational and not judgemental. Your little one is gonna have a great mommy.
