My goal is to get relief from oppressive cannabis laws already in the books so I can grow and possess weed.

No, I'm not against ending prohibition. I am against shifting it to a permission based thing though, with some people using force to decide how others will achieve their peaceful goals. I will never endorse that. I don't own other people, and nobody owns me.

You can grow and possess weed, lots of people do. Have you ever considered moving to Somalia?

In a weird way i agree with buisnesses having the right to refuse service for any reason. I supported gay marriage but also take the side of the christain bakers. If society doesn't like it they can boycott the buisness.

All in all, the only thing this thread has accomplished was proving rob is a fucking retard.

Yeah they made the addresses of the gay couple public and provoked Harrasment. I dont support that. I do however support those with a dedicated belief system being permitted to deny a service if it violates their beliefs. I was using "bakers" to make a point. Really i mean anyone defending their beliefs. If i went to a muslim owned buisness and was denyed i would just shrug it off. Someone else will be glad to take my money.

Here in PA the laws dont protect gays from discrimination. A wedding hall was recently sued over denying a gay couple and the judge threw out the suit.

Your law has prohibition in it as a primary component, and it replaces the assumption of individual liberty with the idea that none of us own ourselves and that government must first grant revokable permission for people to be able to do something. That idea is fucked and is what allowed the present model of prohibition in the first place.

Your law proposal is not a "good start"... you're down on your knees mouth open, before the state has even unzipped, Prohibitionist.
