Are these trichomes still clear?

Hi guys,

my first grow here. 6 weeks into growing 4 autoflowers. 3x red poison from sweetseeds and 1 x fruit auto from dinafem. I have been growing under a 300w dual spectrum CFL. I added another 105w 2700k bulb lower down just below canopy level. It seems to have made a big difference already. A few people have told me I am just past the half way point... About 4 more weeks... I hope so because the buds deffo need to fill out some more lol. All my pistils are still white... Well about 95% or more. Iv recently read that some plants can be ready before the pistils turn amber. Any ways... I cant really tell with my 10 times jewlers loop. Maybe its cus I'm a newbe and don't have a trained eye for the change to milky lol. If some of u experienced folk could cast your eye over these pics and give me an indication... Id be much appreciative. Cheers.

Yup,

2-4 weeks sounds about right. They add the most weight towards the end.

cool, that's what I was hoping to hear lol. Is it quite obvious to see when they turn milky? Cheers

Then generally wont start to go milky until most the hairs have turned orange.
With the eye it can be hard to tell the difference but with some magnification its quite obvious since it goes from a shiny colour to a flat white colour. Then if you continue to leave them you see orange starting to form in them.

Up to 4 weeks.... Take the breeder harvest info as a guide ONLY . All of my AUTOS push into week 10 or 11 . Short harvest times are usually from OPTIMAL ( perfect ) conditions which growers can't duplicate. Auto will Tell You when they are getting done. They will yellow on their own ( some don't ) , some triches turn ( some don't ) . Same strains can have different Pheno characteristics ( bushy or lanky ) from the same strain. Dwarf strains for me finish around week 8 into 9.

Thanks for that's mate, I'm hoping they go a while longer....id like to see the flowers fill out a fair bit llol. It seems as tho their vertical growth has just stopped or slowed down. I believe this is when the put energy into the flowerrs ?

cheers man, I thought I was struggling with my 10x lol. The hydro shop near me sell a 90x with a light. Would this be to much? Jts onl £9.99 as well I think.... I'll check their website now.

my 60-100 scope is almost too much....I love the jewelers loupe

And here I am with my 400X lol. Find it too hard with the 30X and 80X scopes I have to tell when they just start to get amber in them.
