8 Days and still wet

So I'm starting week 6 of flower and I have a huge problem. My pro mix bx was wet/damp for 8 days going on 9. So I open the grow room door and put a fan onto the pots/plants. Left that for a few hours and I just checked now during their dark period and the soil has dried significantly but my poor girls are yellow as shit and wilting like crazy. Do I leave them dry out even more before watering or should I water now but extremely light with minimal nutrients? Any help or advice would be appreciated guys. I would spray the leaves to try and perk them up that way but my buds are just starting to enter the main plumping stage and humidity is already sitting at 50% due to my method for drying the medium.

sounds to me that your ph is out of wack in soil what i found when soil stays to long wet is your ec level in soil is to high
i had plants look perfectly healthy and stop growing , soil wet for days ,
you need to flush them girls check run off ph if ph is low then your EC levels / ppm will be off the charts keep flushing until ppm levels are back in check
hope this helps

That's what got me in this mess with wet soil in the first place. I flushed 9 days ago PH is low sitting at about 4.5. Do I keep flushing even though there's drainage issues??

what is ph going in ??? if you got ph coming out at that low either ppm is way to high or ph is way to low going in you need to get it in check re transplant if you have to with good aerated soil how many weeks is strain ?? if its 8 - 9 you got nothing to lose transplant them if you leave it going to do fuck all anyways
get it in check either way your sorta screwed

Like said above... I'm assuming your phing your promix at like 5.6 and then giving them 1400-2000 ppms and you just locked the fuck out of the plant. I would flush with 7.0 ph water until the run off is where you want it to be. next grow you know that you need to pay attention to ph and ppm of your run off. That tells you what to feed the next time. And if your a noob and you continue to use promix... Just know to never ever go over half strength on nutrients and water on a feed feed flush schedule .

Only problem is that they are in 10 gallon pots right now.....ya I know a lil big especially for how small these girls are lmao another lesson learned - don't use too big of a pot - but what can I do with it now?

I watered with acidic water for two or three feeding due to a poor metering device and only realized once I got the proper tools. I have been watering since then with 5.5-6 PH and I flushed because I noticed how yellow leaves were getting. Run off tested 4.5 so I guess I'll try 7+PH low nutrients - 1/4 strength - and see where that gets me. I'm just worried about the soil not drying out again....
