I had a seed germinate so I put it in some soil to let it started to sprout. I only have one grow area and my main plant is in flower. So I put it in my box and a about a week later its starting to flower. Its only like 3 in high

Photo period cannabis will flower at any age if the light is on for less than 14 hrs usually. 12/12 is the norm for flower but itll start to flower with a bit more than 12/12. If you have been only having your light on for short periods it may be in the flower cycle. You can reveg it by turning the lights to 24 hrs straight and waiting it out, for it to "reveg". Or go into a veg state again.

At least you know it's a female! You can leave it be or set up a different area for a veg area and have a flower area. My number one suggestion is better lighting in the right spectrum for the stage of growth. A decent T8 setup can be done for cheap and are nearly as good as T5's. I veg under T8's in a 6500 spectrum and the ladies love it.

i think that's probably an auto. photos won't flower unless they're mature enough. i had a tiny auto (smaller than that) that also flowered because it was stunted. it stunk at was kinda cute.

^This is total bullshit. Photo plants can flower from seed. They don't "need" any veg time at all. Regardless, it will take 2-3 weeks for it to show signs of it's sex.
