Should I Be Worried??

I placed a order with SSC about 3 weeks ago, well its been 18 days since i ordered. I didnt want to place a $300 order so i placed 2 seperate orders. Its been 18 days and i havent received shit. I live in the northeastern part of the US. I always order from SSC and my seeds are here between 5-7 days top! I once got them in 4 days. Its been 18 and it says not to contact them unless 28 days have passed but i dont think it should take 18 days for me to receive them. Where i live we deliver mail 6 out of 7 days of the weeks. Idk if usps is moving slower or something this year but this sucks, this is putting me behind schedule big time!! Should i contact them? or wait it out?

Just wait. You are being impatient. They will come one way or another (intact or green tape). No need to worry.

Thanks for the quick response, I'm usually a pretty patient guy ya know? but ive grown accustomed to them getting here in a timely manner. 5-7 days. When it takes longer then i start to worry, but i will be more patient i suppose.

Put it this way, what other options do you have? Lol

But I get it, I'm always excited to get my gear. After multiple orders, I know I'll eventually get them as I always get insurance. Consistently thinking on something I can't control is simply wasted energy.

Your right, I have no other option lol.. and yeah i always get insurance to, if your going to spend $300 it would be stupid not to lol.

imo SSC is great if your buying single seeds….but why would you buy packs from there?? they're expensive, moreso than most places for their packs from what i've seen.

However, i live in the same area of the US as you, and yes i've received orders from there quickly (4-8 days). I think once i did have to wait like 2-3 weeks & it made me nervous like you are, but then my order finally came & everything was fine.

you ordered 18 days ago…..that's right after Christmas & right before New Years….it probably got held up because of holidays & stuff, so relax, it'll be to you soon.

It actually depends, Ive compared some of there prices with herbies before on items i was ordering and i found them to be cheaper in some areas. I order from SSC because my first attempt with herbies got snagged, i didnt like there method of shipping. after i got snagged they gave me the option to either A. Get a full refund or B. Have them resend the seeds but if they do then i wont get a refund. Sadly my seeds got snagged again, i tried them a few months later and it happened again. I chose the resend option and surprisingly i got them. 1 out of the 5 seeds i had germinated. The freebies germinated just fine but the ones i paid for didnt. so i stopped ordering from them. Ive never had a problem with attitude but there shipping is expensive as shit. You'll end up paying $40 USD just to have your order insured and send stealthily. Thats a little to much for me. SSC has guaranteed shipping for $15. And there prices arent that bad. I've order seeds from there that cost $3 and they were just fine.

Sucks the bad luck with herbies. I've not had my beans snagged from attitude or herbies but my buddy had some snagged coming from the 'tude. They resent and all was cool.

No tracking number?

Yeha orders seem to take longer around this time a year. Also they seem to come with green tape. Lets hope its the latter

You know, the evidence really points towards your wife cheating on you. By having 3 different men show up at your house during the day while you are at work it just doesn't add up. I'm waiting on an order from SSC that has said "Processed Through our ISC in New York." since April 8th, but no updates since. It was my first order, also first SSC order obviously, and I'm concerned about the delay. :-?

^^^ what @TonightYou said. welcome to RIU @DoctorJackalope :bigjoint:your seeds will either show up or they won't; SSC packages their orders well, so i think you will be just fine.

ETA: you'll probably get them any day now. i've had orders that are delayed up to three weeks and they still showed up.
