He didn't come across very helpful. I guess I wont worry about him then. You on the other hand are great. In your expert opinion would fim be better than mainlining? Also I checked out your water only link Im very impressed. Ive been thinking about making a batch of super soil for down the road. Is it worth the time?

Well worth the time. everything is going good so far. Those plants are perfect for mainlineing fimming can be hit or miss unless you've done it a few times I still mess it up once in a while.

Mainlining it is then. Is there any proper etiquette or procedure I need to be aware of if I want to create a grow journal to share with the forum.

If you post from your phone disable the gps tracking. You might want to delete any meta data from your pictures. try not to show pictures of a surrounding area. I posted a thread growing under google earth you might want to look at. I have a card so I tend to be a little more relaxed about it. If your not a legal grower I wouldn't post any pictures but thats just how would handle it.

why not study from a book instead of being troll food?

Look to the color of your bulbs
as IMHO your plants are squat
get used to imparting grow data
should you be seeking help here or elsewhere
as the info here is
Blue(cool whites) make shorter internodes where as
Red (warm reds)light makes the internodes further apart

study kelvin
be nice dick :)

The plants look good man! I would just keep doing what your doing, you seem humbled and patient enough to pull it off. Dr. Pecker is always helpful, and I would agree with a lot of what he's told you. I'm a noob myself, so I don't actually have much to add. Just wanted to say they're looking good and I hope they finish good!

I think I'm going to mainline the one I already started by trimming the 1st and 2nd node and then stopped because of of uncertainity. I am still not sure if I will leave the other to God or if I will top it. I still have a day or two to decide so everybody experience and opinion is helpful as I'm looking for a prevailing opinion and do not have a proper sample size yet. Other than one individual being self serving to his own ego everyone else has been very nice and genuine. I thank you all for that.

top them all and learn how to mainline ....... That's my advice , you obviously know how to get them to this stage ,why wait till next grow to learn mainlining ...... Learn now Imo :)

good luck

Im also having trouble with determine water amounts. I think I'm ovetwatering by some small to medium margin But can't seem too dial it in. Ever time I water the plants get a little droopy and the perk back up after 1/2 day or so. My assumption is that I'm putting too much water in even though I have the overflow tray. This issue is also preventin me from getting a set watering and nite schedule figured out.

I agree with you completely and it's very hard to not screw with them everyday. I just want to make sure I don't effect potency and/or kill them as these were some top shelf buds the bagseed came from. Plus I'm learning so much more than what I could from just reading online material and I'm getting to interact with some wonderful people.

If I understand your question correctly they are equally spaced but here's a picture just in case
My inadvertent post on being troll food was correct, many comforting posts for you here, but non discussing your actual issue,
welcome to RIU, look close at the distance between the internodes, (the distance between branches) you will note they are abnormally very close together
this will cause you no end of strife throughout the rest of life of the plant, you are partially correct, blue light for veg, red light for bud, but its not that simple, in fact it really about 60/40
60% blue in veg and later in Bud its 60% red , as plants in veg or bud need those opposing colors to grow correctly, right now your plants require a lot of red light to encourage some stretch, stretch those internodes further apart, see it as blue light makes leaf stuff, red light makes stems, baby you need stems ...lol
thanks for the grow details, if only more growers did that, my observations on that are:

what is your experience level? Rookie

Equipment: 1) Type and wattage of lights. I started with a Vitalume cfl (125W, 6400K, 8000 lumens) with lightwave reflector. Then moved up to a 210 watt dual fluorescent tube (210W,6400K, 20000 lumens). I am planning on purchasing the pioneer viii bloom fixture (8-54W T5 bulbs, 2900K, 40000 lumens) for flowering. (Still debating on getting a HID light for flowering although it appears the T5 route would provide less risk)
2) Distance from tops? 4”
3) Reflector type? Polished Aluminum
4) Is there a consistent fresh air supply? Yes
5) Do you have an exhaust fan and a circulation fan? Yes
6) What are the bulb wattages, kelvin ratings, and schedule? Answered above, 24/7

LOOKS GOOD BUT THE LIGHT NEEDS A SORT
Medium:
7) Specific brand and type of soil. Cyco Coco Pearl
Size of container. 6” mesh bottom pot with 10” deep vinyl saucers
9) Did you use peat pucks (or similar) to root clones or germinate seedlings? I used a germination kit made with coco.

COCO WASH WELL FIRST, SUPPLIERS SAYS ITS SALT FREE BUT THATS BULL WASH FIRST

Nutrients and Water:
10) Source of water? (tap, bottled or filtered) Tap
11) Method of checking water ph. Water Test Kit(drops)
12) Method of adjusting water ph. I have PH up and down.
13) Specific brand and N-P-K ratio for each bottle. List dosages (quantity per gallon) and current feeding schedule. I use the General Hydroponics FloraSeries Performance Pack. I have been following the schedule on the box. Right now I am in my fourth week and using the late vegetative stage amounts. I am adding General Hydroponics CalMag with every watering. I use nutrients every other watering.
14) How often are you watering between feedings, and how much per watering? I use about a quart per plant. Although just transferred to the 6” pot so I’m assuming my water amount should increase but am not sure by how much.
15) Any additives or tea's? (Superthrive, CalMag, molasses, Mother's Earth...) I use a CalMag supplement with every watering.
16) Are your ph levels stable, or do they fluctuate? Ph levels are assumed stable but I am using a color chart and not a digital meter.
17) What is your ingoing water's ph? ...your runoff ph? If the question refers to PH of tap water I do not test this nor do I test the runoff PH. Is this an important part of the process?1 Do you foliar feed? If so, with what, how often, and at what time do you spray? What is foliar feed and is it beneficial for quality?

DEPENDING ON BOTTLED SHIT AIN'T GOOD, OBSERVE CLOSE AND STUDY UP, USE CALMAG EVERY 2-3RD WATERING

Your Growroom:
19) Indoors or outdoors? Indoors
20) What size of closet, room or hut? They are currently located in a 10’x20’ room and will be moved into an un-purchased 4’x4’ grow tent.
21) What are the temps and humidity levels while lights are on? ...With lights off? With the lights on the temp is approx. 75 degrees although that is a guess as I do not measure the temperature in the grow area. The room temperature is kept at 70. Humidity is assumed to be about 50% but I do not measure this.
22) Have you seen signs of insects in the growroom? There are no signs of insects in the grow area and the structure has routine pest control.

ALWAYS GOOD TO BE SERIOUS ABOUT TEMP, HI-LOW AND SOIL, ALSO HUMIDITY TOO, UP TO AND BEYOND YOUR FIRST PM ANGEL VISIT ..BE SERIOUS HERE
Strain:
23) What strain are you growing? (Indica dominate or Sativa dom?) I’m almost positive it’s White Chocolate (Chocolope x White Moonshine) which is a Sativa dominant strain. It certainly gave a strong sativa type high.
24) From seeds or clones? Bagseed
25) Is this an autoflower strain? I do not believe so but since I am a rookie I really don’t know.

BAGSEED?.. START WITH SOME GREAT SEEDS FOR A GREAT RETURN ON YOUR ENDEAVORS, CONTINUE TO GROW THESE OUT, BUT LOOK TO A SEEDBANK, FOR SOME PROPER SEEDS ..IT WOULD BE A SHAME TO SPEND SO MUCH TIME AND EFFORT ON 2 HERMS?

LOOK TO GETTING A GOOD LIGHT DIGITAL DOES BOTH Mh AND hps

WITH SUMMER COMING I'D BE LOOKING TO STAY OUTTA THE TENT FOR NOW BUT ITS YOUR CALL?
GOOD LUCK

Thanks Vostok, great information. For now I'll throw a 125W vitalume cog in the mix that will at least give 70/30 lumen split until I can research your light advice. I do have another question, is there an optimal inter-node length?

Also, how do you get the light split with a HID system. Use two relectors that are dimmable foe each wavelength, use led system, or supplement with florescent?

My first grow ever. The best I can tell this is bagseed from the white chocolate strain. I was planning on using the manifolding technique from nugbucket but l, in my very inexperienced opinion, think these plants look rather healthy and I know the smoke it came from was outstanding. My problem is i'm not sure what the best way to proceed is and I certainly don't want to screw it up. Any comments will be well received. Thanks in advance.

Lazy
very nice for your first time:clap:
