CBD Grows and Testing

Its time for me to jump on this bandwagon. I currently have 9 CBD Crew seeds (CBD Critical Cure and CBD Shark)and 2 Bodhi seeds (Good Medicine) germing. I am really hoping to get one keeper from the lot.
Anyone with experience growing any cbd strains and any idea where to get them tested in Canada and the cost?

I'm just pulling some Harlequin's starting tonight, supposed to be 1:1 THC/CBD, 7%-12% of each, but Id like to get them tested and keep the highest CBD pheno. Considering getting a test kit but I'd rather not f'around with that if I can get them tested (without getting busted - lol). Should probably go down to one of the banks, there has to be a hook-up through there somewhere, heard the old one on the Lakeshore (Etobicoke) shut down though, they still have a web site but they shut down the store :(

Nice to see you again Doobius! There was a thread started here a while back about high CBD strains....I think his handle was Dr. Gruber??....he was growing Dr. Greenthumb high cbd strain. I'll see if I can find the thread.

Why can't you pay for the testing yourself? I don't get it...it's a lab and you have a sample.

I read that thread. Apparently Doc Greenthumb pumped the cbd a little more than what the final testing outcome was. I think he even changed the name. I do like doc GT beans thou.
I never left...just quit posting for while

Yeah saw those guys pop-up in a google search, they're targeting commercial customers, after the MMPR market. Looks like the only option up here right now for personal growers are home test kits like the other one linked above. There's a few of them I'm checking out.

Are you an exemptee? East coast or west coast? I did a run of theirs 2013,some winners and some losers, I got some pics and notes, I could dig up. The ones I had most success was their previous critical version, not the cure one , and nordel. The rest were so so, from a growers perspective.
If your looking to be hungry and tired, these will fit the bill.

can't wait to start hearing feedback soon (too pricey for me to test it ;) )

i recently had bodhi's good medicine, but couldn't find a way to test it to know what my plants really contained either :(
came to the conclusion; you basically need to know someone at a lab and do it through the backdoor.
i was almsot able to do this, but it fell apart :( :(

I am a lab tech by trade so to speak....I bought one of those test kits and let me tell you you best know what you're doing. If you move that liquid that creates the stains you will get lopsided results....there is analytical technique involved and don't let the guy in the video make you think it's easy....he's a trained lab tech....they are kinda of neat though as you can test bud and food....perhaps this should be my new calling...testing mj for patients who can't otherwise get testing.

Holy shit, I remember back when they were fundraising for this. It was originally made as a way to test the produce you purchase and then they offered this variant based on that tech. They were around $199 for the first 300 investors, with tiers in price with the more investors. Glad to see it's out. curious to see the accuracy of it though. I wonder how hard it will be to track a review down.

There was a lab at the show two years ago..They moved up from California to Vancouver. They test. 100/ test
I forget their name. You can send them a sample is what he said.

I would prefer to have testing done by a pro. Me n science don't get along. Anybody know the name of the testing company at last years Champ Expo?
My backup plan is to bring some samples this year IF there is a show
