dont give them any more fertilizer until they are like 10 inches tall . also don't water them until the soil is dry . Put a wooden skewer or toothpick into the soil and pull it out within 5 seconds. If the toothpick is wet and has moist soil on it then don't water. also you will need to transplant to larger pots and I suggest you do it once the plant is about 10 inches tall. When you do transplant make sure there about 30% vermiculite or some other aerator in your soil . Your soil looks to moist and compact.
