ISIS decapitated a journalist from the US yesterday, telling the US essentially, we will do it to the next American held in captivity, along with the other 40 journalists they have, unless America stops bombing them. What do you think, negotiate? Or bomb the shit out of them. I vote obliteration.

You're thinking Gen. Petraeus who left the position of Director Central Intelligence due to an affair with a colleague.

The man in the picture is Gen. McChrystal former commanding officer of Joint Special Operations Command and the guy who wrote the book on unconventional, counter insurgency warfare.

Obama already has soldiers,contractors and spies from this command in Iraq and he should really boost the number of JSOC shooters in country, supplement them with marines and rangers and move them back into the kill/capture cycles - ie. targeted night raids based on signals and human intelligence sources.

These same tactics have decimate Al Qaeda and will work just as well on ISIS.
