looking for tips to train plants into bushes

I have been trying new things every harvest, but in the end, I'm still running to many plants. I have the strains my patients need and I'm now looking to learn how to master train my plants. I want my plant count to go down to only 6 plants. I have seen many people grow 5-6 feet round and 4-5 foot tall plants that are in 32 gallon pots and push out max meds under a single 1,000 watt HPS.

I would like to learn how I can do the same. I have trouble with controlling my plants, canopy is never really even and stretching always seems to be a issues. I still get great results, but I end up running 10-20 plants and I'm tired of it.

Can anyone explain or guide me in the right path on how to grow a monster fat bush that can sit under a 1,000 watt HPS raptor hood?

FYI- Veg time isn't a issue.

Thanks in advance.

Well then if veg time isn't an issue I would suggest you veg the living hell outta your plants and TOP Multiple times FIM as well and train your plants low and so that there spread out and the light can penetrate the middle is all I can tell you bruh.

If veg time is not a problem I can tell you the absolute best thing for you to do is to LST the plants. It will bring your plant count down, and triple your yields. Just grab the leading shoot and tie it down as far as you can without breaking it. When another pops up to take the lead do the same to it. I tie from the inside out making the plant very open in the center keep doing this until your ready to flower when you flower instead of having a Christmas tree it will look like a SOG or SCROG with just an even canopy of buds. I also like this because some strains just don't respond well to topping. Oh and did I mention double triple maybe even quadruple your yeild
