To Remove Or Not To Remove ?... That Is The Question

I just recently moved my plants outside after being inside for little over a month. They all were roughly foot tall and all on there 7th node. Also topped them a week before moving as well. And I don't know if it was to early and the direct sunlight hurt them or if it was the unexpected cold frost warning we had Thursday night here in Nova Scotia but on a few of my plants few of my new growth/tops have wilted/shriveled  Very Upset. But should I try to mist them back to life, should I leave them or remove all the branches that got fucked up???
Any help/advice would be greatly appreciated

they are beat up rather bad...but hang in there and don't cut off any leaves/branches until they become brown, as they may rebound...hard to say

not sure if mist would help, likely wouldn't hurt.....the soil looks dry but that may just be the pic
