Not sure if you can use that stuff. If your in the US just order some azamax from any online hydro store like greners.

suggesting azamax not knowing what stage he's at in his cycle isn't a good idea.
But if he can't find neem he surely can't find azamax.
I'd suggest Mighty Wash(which he can't find either) by NPK industries no matter what point he's at.
Basically with sprays like you have and neem the main action is suffocation and you can do that with water alone is you're persistent enough, Most "safe" insecticides do nothing but suffocate so they must contact the insect.
Azamax being a systemic you can use early but there comes a time when you probably should stop using it and switch to something safer.
I use a pyrethrin based insecticide(which he can't find) in veg and early flower. Then I switch to a flying skull nuke em(which he can't find), then finally in the end nothing but Mighty Wash. (http://www.kalyx.com/shopexd.asp?id=1210681&gclid=CNr70NWgor4CFcgRMwodl0cA5Q)
Suggesting Hot shot no pest strips .......no comment.

how about local drug store? Tell them your kid has head lice. With a bit of luck they will give u something containing the ultimate spider mite killer pyrethrin. But then maybe he can't find the drug store either...

Or go to your local park/forest/nature reserve and capture ladybugs. They EAT spider mites. It's the coolest thing to watch.

i bought the insecticide soap. Sprayed them down good, about 30 mins before dark.
it was a bad infestation, had to spray my house plants, orchids, and veggy seedlings too.
The girls look a million times better this morning. they really perked up. those mites were sucking the life out of my babies.
