im a little baked but i was thinking to myself why did he build it with the led's at all different heights >.>
i was wanting to say bro if you build me one dont skimp on the extra couple feet of wire even them up some

haha.. yeah, IDK though. I could see maybe using that little setup he has going on there for seedlings maybe if that's all you can afford to work with at the time being. Ive been there & done that.. Its a superb idea though imo. of course.
