I need details on how bad they "screwed you"? Wouldn't want to send a horse head to a company that was a day late on shipping or something like that!
Ok, here's what happened.
I was adding my small business to online directories and they got my information and sent me a letter asking if I wanted to be included in their "FREE" Yellow Page directory. I checked yes and there was no info on the letter stating that it was a paid listing. Four months later I get an invoice for over THREE HUNDRED DOLLARS and the invoice said past due. Also, there was a photo copy of my signature that I signed for the FREE listing. They said in the letter than it was in fact a paid listing. So, I threw the invoice in the trash...screw them. They kept sending invoices and I kept throwing them away.

Today I got a phone call and the woman said that I had an overdue bill of $310 (it was the same fake yellow pages). Like a dummy I said I would pay because I thought it was another company that I just paid an overdue bill for yesterday. So I gave them my credit card info (stupid, I know) to pay the bill. After thinking about a few minutes it dawned on me that I made a big mistake, I screw up and let them get the best of me. I called them back and said that I did not give them permission to bill me, they said they would not bill me but that they would send my bill to collections and try to ruin my credit.
Here is the form they sent me (copied from another website), notice how it says FREE everywhere:
