My first experience with trying to use the new Health Care.

Hello..

I went to a dentist and had them fax my prescriptions to Walgreens, and when I went to use my health care card at Walgreens they told me they didn't except my Health card at this time. So what the fuck,! the shits no good. Why am I not surprised. I called my insurance agent and he is going to straighten it out or we will be shopping again.

Oregon is a Democratic shit hole right now. I did have some good insurance before all this bullshit.

I had used my blue cross before and it worked, but my new Moda card did not work at this time and that is what Walgreens told me..Are you calling Walgreens an Idiot? or me for buying insurance that didn't work?

This is my fear with the program. Many doctors won't take it because if they have a busy practice as is then why take on new patients from an insurance that won't pay as well.

Also will there be a rather long list of drugs they won't pay and pharmacies that won't take it?

Time shall tell.

I called fred meyer and they would of taken my Moda card, but the fax for the pills went to where I go to get them, and at this time this Walgreens store is not accepting my Moda card or anybody's Moda card. You should feel lucky..

Yes I have, and Freddy's would of taken my card and eventually I think Walgreens will take it. Just not at this time at that store for some reason.

i too, went to pick up rx and at first i was told it was inactive then the pharmacist did something else in the computer and she said "there it goes!"..it may be the lazy clerk at walgreens.
